ALLERGENS
We take allergies very seriously. All of the items sold in our online shop will come with a full ingredients list with allergens highlighted in bold in most cases (note: we cannot be liable for third party pre-packaged products). We have put together a full ingredients list of our single chocolates however, if you are catering for any specific allergies please contact us on 01202 766000 or info@chocol8.co.uk before placing your order. We cannot be held liable for occurance of allergic reactions if we have not been informed. By placing an order without prior contact, you are accepting liability.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs using a standard 48hr delivery service (not guaranteed) UK mainland delivery only, we do not recommend ordering chocolates for delivery by post in hot weather. Please note that we do not despatch outside the UK.

RETURNS
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of our products as they are food items, however if you are not satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Chocol8 may change its Terms & Conditions from time to time, and at our sole discretion. Chocol8 encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Terms & Conditions.
